It was overall clean and the staff were attentive and excellent, beds were comfy. The room was cosy and the location was ideal. Had all necessary amenities, an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV set. Liked the location close to everything. I would recommend the place.

The hotel was located close enough to convenient stores and restaurants, the Osaka Namba station, Dotonoburi, America Mura and the Shinsaibashi shopping areas, and famous shopping district. We stayed at the quiet room with huge TV as well as huge bed. Had great amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at Apa Hotel Namba-Shinsaibashi Nishi. The location couldn't have been better - it's surrounded by amazing food and shops, and it's just a short walk to the underground and JR lines. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with daily towel changes and complimentary tea and coffee. The hotel also had great storage options, with space under the beds to store large suitcases. it was a high standard hotel with everything we needed for a great stay.
